LINK Arkitektur has been awarded the title of "The Most Innovative Real Estate Actor of the Year." The BA Tech Awards celebrate innovative solutions and forward-thinking that drive progress and change within the construction and real estate sector. The award is presented by Business Arena in collaboration with the Nordic PropTech Initiative and PropTech Sweden. In 2023, the award for the Most Innovative Real Estate Actor of the Year goes to LINK Arkitektur for their work with The Augmented Architect.

The jury's rationale for selecting the winner in the category of the most innovative real estate actor is as follows: "A technical solution that, in many ways, surpasses human capabilities," the jury said in admiration. The working method is at the forefront when it comes to daring to explore paths that challenge the industry in which they operate. It's a prime example of the original idea that digital technology should facilitate the more mundane tasks, thereby creating time and space for the creative process.
